Not sure about this one but I wanted to enter was having a play earlier and thought I would enter this as I kinda like it. I will be submitting another though anyway.
Just a mix of filters , blending changes, text and the good old liquify tool.

This being my second photoshop ever, i hope u like it. I used one image from stockphoto.

I really liked having a play with this sourcce so went quite crazy here and spent an unhealthy amount of time skulpting. I really quite like the result and hope you do too. Any help and advise is appreciated as always.

It;s new…. a tea pot , you can select the tea you want, just by pressing the number of the tea you would like to drink. This edition with special milk button.
